1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much of those
5 amounts as may be necessary, are appropriated from the
6 General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for Red Tape
7 Cutters program grants as follows:
8 For the Chicago Department on Aging............. $700,000
9 For eligible participants outside of the
10 City of Chicago................................. $1,800,000
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 July 1, 1999.
