1 AN ACT creating the Regional Airport Authority.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Regional Airport Authority Act.
6 Section 5. Definitions. As used in this Act, the
7 following terms shall have the following meanings:
8 "Authority" means the Regional Airport Authority
9 established by this Act.
10 "Board" means the Board of Directors of the Authority.
11 Section 10. Creation of Authority. There is hereby
12 created the Regional Airport Authority, which shall be an
13 Illinois political subdivision, municipal corporation and
14 unit of local government.
15 Section 15. Board of Directors. The governing body of
16 the Authority shall be a Board of Directors.
