Amend Senate Bill 1015, AS AMENDED, 3 as follows: 4 immediately below the enacting clause, by inserting the 5 following: 6 "Section 3. The Electronic Commerce Security Act is 7 amended by adding Article 27 as follows: 8 (5 ILCS 175/Art. 27 heading new) 9 ARTICLE 27. ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SECURITY CERTIFICATION FUND 10 (5 ILCS 175/27-5 new) 11 Sec. 27-5. Electronic Commerce Security Certification 12 Fund. Fees collected by the Secretary of State under Section 13 15-115 of this Act must be deposited into the Electronic 14 Commerce Security Certification Fund, a special fund created 15 in the State treasury. Subject to appropriation, moneys in 16 the Fund shall be used by the Secretary of State for the 17 administration of this Act."; and 18 in Section 5, in the introductory clause, by replacing 19 "Section 5.490" with "Sections 5.490 and 5.491"; and -2- LRB9105630DHpram 1 in Section 5, after the end of Sec. 5.490, by inserting the 2 following: 3 "(30 ILCS 105/5.491 new) 4 Sec. 5.491. The Electronic Commerce Security 5 Certification Fund."; and 6 after the end of Section 10, by inserting the following: 7 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 8 July 1, 1999.".
