1 AN ACT concerning birth control services for minors.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Birth Control Services to Minors Act of 1999.
6 Section 5. Birth control services and information.
7 Birth control services and information may be rendered by
8 doctors licensed in Illinois to practice medicine in all of
9 its branches to any minor:
10 (1) who is married; or
11 (2) who is a parent; or
12 (3) who is pregnant; or
13 (4) who has the consent of his or her parent or legal
14 guardian.

16 Section 10. The Birth Control Services to Minors Act is
17 repealed.
