1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1061
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1061, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 15, by replacing subsection (a) with the
4 following:
5 "(a) If a labor organization is the exclusive bargaining
6 agent of the new contractor's employees on the effective date
7 of the new contract, this Act shall not apply to the new
8 contractor."; and
9 in Section 99, by changing "on September 1, 1999" to "upon
10 becoming law".
