 1        AN ACT in relation to certain land.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  Upon the payment of the sum of $30,000.00  to
 5    the  State  of  Illinois,  the  easement for highway purposes
 6    acquired by the People of the State of Illinois  is  released
 7    over  and  through  the  following  described  land in DeWitt
 8    County, Illinois:

 9        Parcel No. 5X10303 (A-E)

11        A parcel of land being a part of Lots 3 and 4 of Block  7
12        of  Parkview  Subdivision  in the City of Clinton, Dewitt
13        County, Illinois (also being  part  of  a  Dedication  of
14        Right  of  Way  recorded  in Plat Book C, Page 256 in the
15        Dewitt County Recorder's Office), described as follows:

16        Beginning at a point on the west  line  of  said  Lot  3,
17        being 5.00 feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot
18        3;  thence  southeasterly  108.93 feet along the existing
19        right of way line of F.A. Route 717 (Illinois Route  10),
20        being  a curve to the left having a radius of 8475.5 feet
21        to a point on the east line of said  Lot  4,  said  point
22        being 6.00 feet northerly of the southeast corner of said
23        Lot  4; thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 31 seconds East
24        6.00 feet along the  said  east  line  to  the  southeast

11        Dewitt County Recorder's Office), described as follows:

12        Beginning  at  the northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence
13        South 0 degrees 18 minutes 31  seconds  East  63.60  feet
14        along  the east line of said Lots 5 and 6 to the proposed
15        right of way line of F.A. Route 717 (Illinois Route  10);
16        thence  North 46 degrees 21 minutes 19 seconds West 52.71
17        feet along the said proposed right of  way  line;  thence
18        northwesterly 38.12 feet along said proposed right of way

 6        having a radius of 8475.5 feet to a  point  on  the  east

19        Beginning  at  the southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence
20        north 7.0 feet along the west line of said Lot 7;  thence
21        southeasterly  21.24 feet along the existing right of way
22        line of F.A. Route 717 (Illinois Route 10), to a point on
23        the south line of said Lot 7, being 20.0 feet east of the
24        southwest corner of said Lot 7;  thence  west  20.0  feet
25        along  the  south  line  of  said  Lot  7 to the Point of
26        Beginning, containing 70 square feet, more or less.

 2        F.A. Route 717 (Illinois Route  10)  and  F.A.  Route  71
 3        (Illinois  Route  54),  6.0  feet  east of and 56.64 feet
 4        south of the northeast corner  of  said  Lot  12;  thence
 5        South  0  degrees  East  53.65 feet along a line parallel
 6        with and 6.0 feet east of the east line of said Lot 12 to
 7        the proposed right of way line of said F.A. Route 717 and
 8        71; thence South 87 degrees 51 minutes  19  seconds  West
 9        6.0 feet along the said proposed right of way line to the
10        south  line  of  said  Lot 12; thence North 71 degrees 59
11        minutes 03 seconds West 327.98 feet along the south  line

20        Section 10.  In  consideration  of  an  intergovernmental
21    agreement  between  the Illinois Department of Transportation
22    and the Greater Peoria Airport Authority signed and  executed
23    on  July  15,  1998,  the  Secretary  of  the  Department  of
24    Transportation  is  hereby  authorized to convey by quitclaim
25    deed to the Greater Peoria Airport Authority all right, title
26    and interest in and to the following described land in Peoria
27    County, Illinois.

29        A part of the West  Half  of  the  Northwest  Quarter  of
30        Section  26  in  Township  8  North,  Range 7 East of the
31        Fourth  Principal  Meridian,  Peoria   County,   Illinois
32        described in detail as follows:

 1        Commencing  at  the  Northwest  corner  of  the Northwest
 2        Quarter of Section 26  and  running  easterly  65.0  feet
 3        along  the  North  line  of the Northwest Quarter of said
 4        Section  26  to  a  point  65.00  feet  normally  distant
 5        easterly from the centerline of Airport Road, said  point
 6        being the Point of Beginning.

 7        From  the  Point  of  Beginning,  running thence easterly
 8        550.0 feet along the North line of the Northwest  Quarter
 9        of  said Section 26; thence southerly 700.0 feet parallel
10        to the centerline of Airport Road to an iron pipe; thence
11        Westerly 515.0 feet parallel to the  North  line  of  the
12        Northwest  Quarter  of  said  Section 26 to a point 100.0
13        feet normally distant easterly  from  the  centerline  of
14        Airport  Road; thence northerly 200.24 feet parallel with
15        the centerline of Airport  road;  thence  westerly  35.00
16        feet to a point 65.00 feet normally distant easterly from
17        the  centerline  of Airport Road; thence northerly 499.67
18        feet parallel with the centerline of Airport Road to  the
19        Point  of  Beginning, said tract of land containing 8.677
20        acres, more or less.

21        The said Real Estate being also shown by the plat  hereto
22        attached and made a part hereof.

23        Section  15.  Upon the payment of the sum of $1,125.00 to
24    the State of Illinois,  the  easement  for  highway  purposes
25    acquired  by  the People of the State of Illinois is released
26    over and through  the  following  described  land  in  Peoria
27    County, Illinois:

29        A  part  of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8 and a part
30        of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 11 North,
31        Range 9 East of the  Fourth  Principal  Meridian,  Peoria

 3        Commencing at the west quarter corner of said Section  9;

 6        quarter of said Section 9 to a point 255.42 feet radially
 7        distant  northwesterly  from  the  centerline of F.A. 318

29        Section  20.  Upon  the  payment of the sum of $100.00 to
30    the State of Illinois,  the  easement  for  highway  purposes
31    acquired  by  the People of the State of Illinois is released

 6        particularly described as follows:

 7        Commencing at  the  Southeast  Corner  of  the  Southeast
 8        Quarter  (SE  1/4)  of  said Section 29:  thence North 00
 9        degrees 21 minutes 04 seconds West along the East Line of
10        said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4)  a  distance  of  1350.52
11        feet to the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE
12        1/4)  of  the  Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section
13        29; thence North 88 degrees 49 minutes 51 seconds West  a
14        distance  of  97.46 feet to a point, said point being the

30        Section  25.  Upon  the  payment of the sum of $750.00 to

 6        Direct access to F.A. Route 12 (U.S. Route 40)  shall  be
 7        restored  to  1204  feet  of a tract of land abutting the
 8        northerly right of way line of said highway from a  point
 9        100.00  feet  northwesterly  of  Station  850+95  of  the
10        surveyed   centerline  of  said  F.A.  Route  12;  thence
11        northeasterly 1204 feet along said northerly right of way
12        line to a  point  90.00  feet  northwesterly  of  Station
13        2040+55 of said surveyed centerline, all lying in Section
14        1,  Township 9 North, Range 9 East of the Third Principal

16        Total length of access release is 1204 lineal feet.

17        Section 30. Upon the payment of the sum of  $1,600.00  to
18    the  State  of  Illinois,  the  easement for highway purposes
19    acquired by the People of the State of Illinois  is  released
20    over  and  through  the following described land in Vermilion
21    County, Illinois:

23        A parcel of land being a part of Lot 38 of J.  W.  Dale's
24        Third  Addition  to  Vermilion  Heights  in the Northwest
25        Quarter of Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 11 West of
26        the Second Principal Meridian, Vermilion County, Illinois
27        (also being part of a Dedication of Right of  Way  for  a
28        Freeway  recorded  in Book 519, Page 187 in the Vermilion
29        County Recorder's Office), described as follows:

30        Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 38;  thence

16        Section 35.  Upon the payment of the sum of $2,150.00  to
17    the  State  of Illinois, the easement for highway purposes is
18    released over and through the following  described  land  and
19    the  rights  or easements of access, crossing, light, air and
20    view from to and over the following  described  land  and  FA
21    Route  12  are restored subject to permit requirements of the
22    State of Illinois, Department of Transportation:

21        Section 45. Upon the payment of the sum of  $5,500.00  to
22    the  State  of  Illinois,  the rights or easements of access,
23    crossing, light, air and view from, to and over the following
24    described line and FA Route 12 are restored subject to permit
25    requirements  of  the  State  of  Illinois,   Department   of
26    Transportation.

28        Direct access to FA Route 12 (Old U.S. Route 40) shall be
29        restored  to  850.43 feet of a tract of land abutting the
30        southerly right of way line  of  said  highway  from  the
31        intersection of the west line of the Southeast Quarter of

 1        the  Southeast  Quarter  of Section 22, Township 4 North,
 2        Range 5 West of the  Third  Principal  Meridian  and  the
 3        southeasterly  right of way line of said FA Route 12 at a
 4        point 75.00 feet southeasterly of Station  1126+17.37  of
 5        the  centerline of said FA Route 12; thence northeasterly
 6        850.43 feet along said right of  way  line,  to  a  point
 7        75.00 feet southeasterly of Station 1134+61.17.

 8        Section  50.  Upon the payment of the sum of $1,900.00 to

19    descriptions  of  the property to be transferred or otherwise
20    affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective
21    date and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section  or
22    Sections,  if  any  payment  is  required,  shall  record the
23    certified document in the Recorder's  Office  in  the  county
24    which the land is located.

25        Section  999.   Effective date.  This Act takes effective
26    upon becoming law.
