1 AN ACT to amend the State Property Control Act.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Property Control Act is amended by
5 adding Section 7c as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 605/7c new)
7 Sec. 7c. Control of State airplanes. Except for public
8 universities, the Department of Transportation shall have
9 exclusive jurisdiction and control over all State airplanes.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
