1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1626
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1626, as follows:
3 on page 2, line 9 by inserting after the period the
4 following: "A State Police officer may request that the
5 operator of a commercial motor vehicle have his or her eyes
6 examined or tested with pupillometer device." and
7 in line 10 by replacing "law enforcement" with "State Police"
8 and in line 12 by changing "shall" to "may".
