1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $39,079,700, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University to
7 meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board and
8 its educational institution, including payment or
9 reimbursement to the University for personal services costs
10 incurred during the fiscal year.
11 Section 10. The amount of $1,854,000, or so much thereof
12 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education
13 Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State
14 University to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of
15 the Board and its educational institution.
16 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
17 July 1, 2000.
