1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for
7 the creation of an economic development and tourism promotion
8 program in urban and rural areas.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 2000.
