91_SR0007 LRB9101098CBcb 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Senate are saddened to learn 3 of the death of Leo H. Musch of Westmont on Friday, December 4 31, 1998; and 5 WHEREAS, Mr. Musch was a volunteer firefighter whose 6 career took him to the top spot in the Hinsdale Fire 7 Department; he played a significant role in the addition of 8 emergency medical technicians in DuPage County; and 9 WHEREAS, Mr. Musch started his career in 1956 as a 10 volunteer firefighter, rose through the ranks, and was named 11 chief in 1967; he retired in 1982; and 12 WHEREAS, His passing will be deeply felt by his family 13 and friends, especially his wife, Marilyn; his son, Daniel; 14 his daughters, Cheryl Olhava, Lynn Gustafson, and Ellen 15 Pasch; his brother, Ronald; his sisters, Audrey Sprecker and 16 Pat Sottwisch; and four grandchildren; therefore, be it 17 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL 18 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we note with sorrow 19 and regret the death of Leo H. Musch and extend our sincere 20 condolences to his family and friends; and be it further 21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 22 presented to his widow, Marilyn Musch.
