1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Senate were saddened to
3 learn of the death of Thomas W. O'Donnell of Chicago, who was
4 killed in an auto accident on February 28, 1999; and
5 WHEREAS, He was the son of the late Roy and Loretta
6 O'Donnell; and
7 WHEREAS, He was a former police officer for the Chicago
8 Police Department; he worked as a city engineer at the Police
9 Department's Calumet Area headquarters; and
10 WHEREAS, His passing will be deeply felt by his family
11 and friends, especially his wife, Kathleen; his children,
12 Michael, Laura, Julie, and Kelly; his sister, Cheryl; his
13 brother, Gary; his brother-in-law, Thomas Casper; and his
14 sister-in-law, Pam O'Donnell; therefore, be it
15 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
16 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we note with sorrow
17 and regret the death of Thomas W. O'Donnell and extend our
18 sincere condolences to his family and friends; and be it
19 further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 presented to his widow, Kathleen O'Donnell.
