91_SR0270 LRB9112757CBcbA 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Senate were saddened to learn 3 of the death of Angela M. Dice of Palos Park on Sunday, 4 January 16, 2000; and 5 WHEREAS, She was born on August 20, 1918; she was married 6 to Emmett Dice, who died in 1970; and 7 WHEREAS, Mrs. Dice raised three daughters alone and was 8 the former owner of the Matterhorn Supper Club in Palos Park; 9 and 10 WHEREAS, She praised her three daughters for taking such 11 good care of her these last two years and hopes that their 12 children will be as good to them as her children were to her; 13 and 14 WHEREAS, Her passing will be deeply felt by her family 15 and friends, especially her daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela 16 and Gregory Busey, Candice and James Lichling, and Sherri and 17 Gregory Meeder; her grandchildren, Nicole, Marc, Brook, 18 Kirsten, Ryan, and Natalie; her great-grandchild, Cooper; and 19 her siblings, Al Glielmi, Marie Porter, Larry and Yolanda 20 Glielmi, Patsy Walsh, and the late Josephine Walta; 21 therefore, be it 22 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL 23 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we note with sorrow 24 and regret the death of Angela M. Dice and extend our sincere 25 condolences to her family and friends; and be it further 26 RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be 27 presented to the family of Angela M. Dice.
