91_SR0275 LRB9112832KBkb 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body wish to extend their 3 condolences to the family and friends of Warren Harte Lattof, 4 of Arlington Heights, Illinois, who passed away on November 5 17, 1999; and 6 WHEREAS, Warren Lattof and his family moved to Arlington 7 Heights in 1936; his father opened and operated the local 8 Chevrolet dealership, and after his graduation from the 9 Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1955, Mr. Lattof 10 returned to join the family business; and 11 WHEREAS, Mr. Lattof was a board member, participant, and 12 volunteer with the Lattof YMCA and Northwest Community 13 Healthcare; he also worked with the United Way Board, Hope 14 Now, the Clearbrook Center for the Handicapped, and was a 15 member of the Arlington Heights Lions Club; and 16 WHEREAS, Warren Lattof was an Arlington Heights Festival 17 sponsor; he was very active in his community and felt a 18 special attachment to the place he called home; and 19 WHEREAS, Warren Lattof is survived by his wife, 20 Charlotte; his sons, Michael W., and Allen W. (Janet); his 21 daughter, Elizabeth L. (Eric) Bruemmer; and his 22 grandchildren, Samantha and Andrew Lattof; therefore, be it 23 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL 24 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 25 all that knew him, the death of Warren Harte Lattof of 26 Arlington Heights, Illinois; and be it further 27 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 28 presented to the family of Warren Lattof.
