 1                       SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2
 2        RESOLVED, BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-FIRST  GENERAL
 3    ASSEMBLY  OF  THE  STATE  OF  ILLINOIS,  AT THE THIRD SPECIAL
 4    SESSION OF THE SENATE THEREOF, that the President  appoint  a
 5    committee  of five to wait upon his Excellency, the Governor,
 6    and inform him that the  Third Special Session of the  Senate
 7    of  the  Ninety-First General Assembly is now duly in session
 8    in pursuance of his proclamation, and is ready to receive any
 9    message he may desire to submit.
