DAVIS,STEVE-SAVIANO-HOLBROOK-BLACK-TENHOUSE AND FOWLER. (WATSON) 235 ILCS 5/6-17.1 Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that provisions requiring a distributor or importing distributor designated as a distributor or importing distributor for beer within a geographic area to make available for sale to retail licensees each brand of beer it is authorized to distribute shall apply to distributors and importing distributors of any alcoholic liquor and requires them to make alcoholic liquor available on the same terms.
