   765 ILCS 205/1            from Ch. 109, par. 1                              

        Amends the Plat Act.  Provides that the  Act  shall  not  prevent      
   municipalities    from    establishing   standards,   ordinances,   or      
   specifications regulating any subdivision of land located  within  the      
   municipality.                                                               
          FISCAL NOTE (Office of Banks and Real Estate)                        
          HB824 would require no additional resources or headcount and         
          would create no fiscal impact to the Office.
