FRANKS-FEIGENHOLTZ. 625 ILCS 5/3-412 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 3-412 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall issue orange colored registration plates for any vehicle registered to an owner who has been convicted on 2 or more occasions for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. FISCAL NOTE (Secretary of State) A new series of license plates would cost $50,000.
