SCULLY-FRANKS, O'BRIEN AND CROTTY. 750 ILCS 5/714 new 750 ILCS 5/715 new Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act to provide that a person who willfully defaults on an order for child support may be subject to summary criminal contempt proceedings. Provides that each State agency shall suspend any license or certificate issued by that agency to a person found guilty of criminal contempt.
