MULLIGAN-FEIGENHOLTZ-GASH-MATHIAS.

(OBAMA)

   305 ILCS 5/9A-10          from Ch. 23, par. 9A-10                           

        Amends  the  Illinois  Public  Aid  Code.   Provides   that   the      
   Department  of  Human Services shall encourage entities in the private      
   sector to subsidize or otherwise assist with the provision of  support      
   services  such  as  transportation,  child care, and others to attract      
   additional employees and to aid in the transition of recipients  under      
   the  Temporary  Assistance  for  Needy Families program into full-time      
   employment.
