MITCHELL,BILL. (NOLAND) 725 ILCS 5/115-10.2 Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Eliminates current law relating to admissibility of prior statements when a witness refuses to testify despite a court order to testify. Provides for the admissibility of certain hearsay statements when the declarant is unavailable as a witness.
