SCHOENBERG-HANNIG.

        Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to  the  Department      
   of  Insurance  for  its  ordinary and contingent expenses.   Effective      
   July 1, 1999.                                                               
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Appropriates $25,953,884 for the ordinary and contingent ex-           
   penses of the Department of Insurance. Appropriates $823,500 for the        
   administration of the Senior Health Insurance Program. Effective            
   July 1, 1999.
