NOVAK. (MAITLAND) 420 ILCS 40/11 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 210-11 Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990. Authorizes the Department of Nuclear Safety to enter into agreements related to the receipt and expenditure of federal funds for certain purposes. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Nuclear Safety) A grant will be given for anticipated amount of $2.47 million. The grant would cover all of the Dept. of Nuclear Safety's costs related to this program, including direct expenses, salaries, benefits and indirect costs.
