ZICKUS. 210 ILCS 115/13.5 new 320 ILCS 25/3.09 from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 403.09 Amends the Mobile Home Park Act and the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Provides that for each taxable year, the holder of a license issued under the Mobile Home Park Act must calculate, for each mobile home located in the park, the pro-rata share of the property taxes due on the property constituting the mobile home park. Requires that the license holder send the calculation for each such mobile home to the owner of the mobile home not later than February 1 following the date the taxes are payable, for the purpose of enabling the mobile home owner to file an application for a grant under the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Provides that "property taxes accrued", for purposes of a grant under that Act, includes the mobile home owner's pro-rata share of the taxes on the property constituting the mobile home park.
