WOOLARD.

   105 ILCS 5/27A-4                                                            

        Amends the Charter Schools Law in the School Code.  Increases the      
   number of charter schools allowed to operate in Chicago from 15 to 20.      
   Decreases the number of charter schools allowed to operate in the area      
   outside Cook County and the collar counties from 15 to  10.  Effective      
   immediately.
