BROSNAHAN-MCKEON, DART AND CROTTY. (CULLERTON-LINK-RADOGNO-WALSH,T) 735 ILCS 5/2-1306 new Amends the Code of Civil Procedure to prohibit court orders and judgments from concealing public hazards. Effective July 1, 2000, and applies to causes of action accruing on or after that date. FISCAL NOTE (Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts) There may be an increase in judicial workloads. However, it is not anticipated that the bill would have a substantial impact on the financial resources of the judicial branch. JUDICIAL NOTE (Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts) There may be a minimal increase in judicial workloads. However, the bill would not increase the number of judges needed in the State.
