Provides that for real estate (rather than for residential real estate), the redemption period shall end on the date one month from the date of entry of a judgment of foreclosure (rather than the later of (i) the date 7 months from the date the mortgagor has been served with summons or by publication or has otherwise submitted to the jurisdiction of the court or (ii) the date 3 months from the date of entry of a judgment of foreclosure).
