BLACK-BUGIELSKI-BURKE. (MYERS,J) 625 ILCS 5/15-102 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 15-102 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that if the load on a wide vehicle blocks the visibility of the amber lights on the vehicle from the rear, the vehicle must also be equipped with amber rotating, oscillating, flashing, or strobe lights mounted on the rear of the load that are bright enough to be seen from 500 feet in normal sunlight.
