BUGIELSKI. 720 ILCS 5/26-1 from Ch. 38, par. 26-1 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that disorderly conduct includes the use of a cellular radio telecommunication device in a restaurant, except in specified areas of the restaurant designated by the proprietor of the restaurant. Provides that the violation is a business offense with a $3,000 maximum fine.
