STATE DEBT NOTE, ENGROSSED (Economic and Fiscal Commission) HB 4582, as engrossed, would reduce by $1 the total amount of Build Illinois bonds the State is authorized to issue, sell, and retire. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 30 ILCS 425/4 Deletes everything. Amends the Build Illinois Bond Act. Increases the total principal amount authorized by $61,000,000. Reduces the authorization for expenses of issuance and sale of bonds. Increases the authorizations for fostering economic development and increased employment, for certain educational programs and facilities and the expansion of health and human services, and for environmental and natural resources.
