Creates the offenses of juvenile possession of a laser pointer and transferring a laser pointer to a juvenile. Prohibits the possession by a person under 18 years of age of a laser pointer. Prohibits the transfer of a laser pointer to a person under 18 years of age. Penalties are Class B misdemeanors. Creates the offense of aiming a laser pointer at a peace officer. Penalty is a Class A misdemeanor.
