(FEIGENHOLTZ-LOPEZ-ERWIN-RONEN-MCKEON) 765 ILCS 605/18.4 from Ch. 30, par. 318.4 Amends the Condominium Property Act to provide that a condominium association shall, at the discretion of their board of managers, obtain cable television or other telecommunication service at a bulk service rate, if available, and the expense shall be assessed equally to each unit, unless a majority of the association's unit owners vote otherwise.
