   35 ILCS 200/21-245                                                          

        Amends the Property Tax Code.  Provides that the county collector      
   may assess to the  purchaser  of  property  for  delinquent  taxes  an      
   automation  fee of $15 (now $10) from January 1, 2000 through December      
   31, 2001 and then $10 thereafter.  Effective immediately.
