CRONIN. (O'CONNOR-SCHMITZ-LYONS,EILEEN-ZICKUS-KOSEL) 730 ILCS 5/5-5-3.2 from Ch. 38, par. 1005-5-3.2 Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the court may impose an extended term sentence upon a defendant who was at least 17 years of age at the time of the commission of the offense and who is convicted of a felony and has been previously adjudicated a delinquent minor for a Class X or Class 1 felony.
