Provides that the prohibition against the sale of alcoholic liquor by a restaurant within 100 feet of a school does not apply if certain conditions are met. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that a license may be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor at a grocery store that meets certain requirements, regardless of whether it is located within 100 feet of a church, school other than an institution of higher learning, hospital, home for aged or indigent persons or veterans, their spouses or children, or any military or naval station.
