   215 ILCS 5/155.36 new                                                       

        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to provide  that  policies  of      
   liability  insurance  may  not  contain exclusions that deny or reduce      
   coverage for liability for damages arising out of the ownership  of  a      
   dog.   Provides  that  a  company  may  not refuse to issue or renew a      
   policy  solely  because  of  the  ownership  of  a   dog.    Effective      
   immediately.
