        Amends  the  Criminal  Code  of  1961.   Provides  for  increased      
   penalties of one higher grade for thefts,  robberies,  and  burglaries      
   committed  in  a public, private, or parochial school or in a place of      
   worship and for criminal damage to property or criminal defacement  of      
   property of a school or place of worship.  Effective immediately.

          117 inmates.
