Increases the maximum amount the Department of Veterans Affairs may grant to a disabled veteran eligible for assistance with building or remodeling a house to accommodate the veteran's disability after the veteran has been approved under a certain federal Veteran's Affairs program from $12,000 to $15,000, and after approval under another federal Veteran's Affairs program from $2,000 to $3,000.
