   765 ILCS 1005/1c          from Ch. 76, par. 1c                              

        Amends the Joint Tenancy Act.  In the provisions  concerning  the      
   creation  of  an  estate  in  tenancy  by  the  entirety,  deletes the      
   provision that a husband and wife  be  expressly  identified  "not  as      
   joint tenants or tenants in common".
