Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow the  Illinois  Commerce      
   Commission  to  regulate  bicycle  trails  that cross railroad tracks.      
   Effective immediately.

          There would be no fiscal impact on this Department.
