SCH CD-MANDATE WAIVER-SEN-REP                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code.  In provisions concerning the  waiver  of      
   mandates  within  the  School  Code  and  administrative rules, allows      
   either house of the General Assembly to disapprove the State Board  of      
   Education's  report on waivers by adoption of a resolution (instead of      
   requiring  both  houses   to   adopt   the   resolution).    Effective      
   immediately.
