PEN CD-DNST TCHR-REGIONAL SUPT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Downstate Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code      
   to provide a special manner of determining final average salary for         
   regional superintendents and  assistant  regional  superintendents  of      
   schools.  Effective immediately.                                            
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          Fiscal impact cannot be determined. Final average salaries may       
          be higher resulting in a very minor fiscal impact.
