Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code.        
   Provides that a member may establish creditable service for up to 8         
   years of service as a full-time employee of the Council of State            
   Governments. Requires application before June 30, 2000 and payment of       
   employee contributions and employer contributions plus interest.            
   Effective immediately.
