SCH CD-NONCERT EMPLOYEE LIST                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code to require school boards to submit to  the      
   State Board of Education, before the start of each school year, a list      
   of   all  of  the  school  district's  noncertified  employees  and  a      
   description of each employee's job responsibilities.                        
          FISCAL NOTE (State Board of Education)                               
          Based on 1995-96 data, cost to school dists. could be upwards        
          of $500,000 annually, plus additional costs to maintain the          
          data base, processing, printing and mailing, and programming.
