Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $10,000,000 from the General  Revenue  Fund  to  the      
   Environmental  Protection  Agency  for grants to local communities for      
   the purpose of providing sewers and infrastructure.  Effective July 1,      
   1999.
