Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Athletic Trainers Practice Act.  Changes  the      
   definitions  of  the terms "licensed athletic trainer" and "referral".      
   Provides a definition for the term "athlete".                               
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Replaces  everything  after  the  enacting  clause.  Amends   the      
   Illinois  Athletic  Trainers  Practice Act. Makes technical changes in      
   the Section concerning definitions.
