INTERGOV COOP-WASTE HAULERS                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act.   Provides  that  a      
   municipal  joint action agency's agreement may authorize the agency to      
   adopt and enforce ordinances  for  the  licensing  of  waste  haulers.      
   Effective immediately.
