GOVT ETHICS-MULTIPLE STATEMENT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics  Act.   Provides  that  a      
   person whose multiple offices or positions each require a statement of      
   economic  interests need file only one statement with the Secretary of      
   State, for offices and positions required to file with  the  Secretary      
   of  State,  or  one  statement  with  a  county clerk, for offices and      
   positions  required  to  file  with  that  county  clerk.    Effective      
   immediately.
