Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Civil Procedure.  In the provision authorizing      
   the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority to obtain property  by      
   quick-take   eminent  domain  proceedings  for  a  project  under  the      
   Southwestern Illinois Development Authority  Act,  extends  the  final      
   date  of  that  authorization from August 30, 2000 to August 30, 2002.      
   Effective immediately.
