PEN CD-IMRF-OMNIBUS                                                        

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF)  Article  of      
   the   Illinois   Pension  Code  to  make  numerous  changes  affecting      
   eligibility, benefits, and  administration  of  benefits  for  various      
   public   employees.     Amends  the  State  Mandates  Act  to  require      
   implementation without reimbursement.  Effective immediately.               
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          The fiscal impact of HB 4188 is estimated to be minor.
